Ingredients
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- strawberry preserves
Instructions
- Simmer all ingredients, except preserves, for about 5 minutes.
- Cool slightly and pour into 4 microwave-safe jars or containers and cover with lids.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Reheat in the microwave and top with strawberry preserves.

My daughter-in-law made it the same day we got the recipe. Next morning - OMG - it was like having crack in a bowl! The strawberry preserves knocked it out of the park. Too easy to go back for seconds. If you love peanut butter and PB&J sandwiches, try it.
