I love Thursday afternoons!  No more lectures for the week, zumba tonight, tennis lesson tomorrow (and believe me, I need lessons), and it’s just one more day ‘til the glorious weekend!  I love the promise of Thursday afternoons.  Here’s a little video that matches my mood – full of promise and joy!  TJ, my former co-worker at the U.S. Coast Guard and expert environmental manager (hopefully he’ll soon grant us an interview for a Treehouse Chat), sent me this great video about the rehab of an injured hummingbird (photo is from http://animals.nationalgeographic.com/animals/photos/hummingbird-photos/).  No real environmental lessons here, just a chance to enjoy one of nature’s fascinating and beautiful creatures.  It’ll put a smile on your face:  http://www.wimp.com/babyhummingbird/
